MIXTER: combined tines and discs

Strong points Weak points
Limited investment
Good penetration
Mixture sometimes not very homogeneous
Adjustment difficult for shallow work
Not to be used on wearing land
2 ha/h at 3 m

MIXTER is designed to:
Destroy plants with rhizomes (couch grass, thistles).
Restructure surface horizons.
Facilitate soil levelling (combined tines and discs).
The tamping roller promotes the development of harvest residue (good soil/stalk contact) and accelerates the weed germination (soil/weed seed contact).

Its design provides very good clearance under the frame (80 cm): The tines have fins to promote the flow of straw or harvest residues which are cut across the whole working width.

The degree of tilt of the tines is adjusted to adapt to the most diverse working conditions while the concave discs provide a homogeneous soil-straw mixture and level the surface of the ground.

The large diameter (550 mm) tube roller perfectly controls working depth while "tamping" and compacting.

The advantages of NON-STOP HYDRAULIC safety:
Long service life and total reliability: hydraulic technology is more reliable because there is no wear or friction in energy transmission.
Easy and accurate calibration: this is extremely precise and immediate on all the tines. The force at the share point can be adjusted from 500 to 750 kg.
